This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Transform marketing into a reliable pipeline for Sales.
• Design and execute programs across events, campaigns, and account-based marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to establish pipeline targets and evaluate program performance.
• Assess which conferences, side events, and dinners are worthy of investment.
• Oversee the marketing program budget and manage agency relationships.
• Plan and execute event programs, encompassing sponsor deliverables, side events, logistics, swag, staffing, and lead follow-up.
• Develop demand generation campaigns from targeting through to offer and sequencing.
• Create and enhance nurture tracks for enterprise prospects and self-serve users.
• Partner with Sales on target accounts and account plans.
• Implement account-based marketing initiatives, such as targeted ads, direct mail, and executive dinners.
• Manage paid media initiatives and link expenditures to pipeline outcomes.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing on priority initiatives and budget considerations.
• Assist in determining program scaling and future team requirements.
• Establish a repeatable event playbook within the first 90 days.
• Launch campaigns and nurture tracks in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
• Create a shared program calendar and budget plan.
• Provide performance reports and recommend future investments.
• Proven experience in developing demand generation and event programs at a B2B technical company that resulted in measurable pipeline for an enterprise sales team.
• Practical experience in planning and executing events, including vendor management, budgeting, and follow-up processes.
• Proficient with HubSpot or a similar marketing tool.
• Familiarity with scoring, routing, and attribution methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with RevOps.
• Proven track record of managing a marketing budget and paid media, either directly or through an agency.
• Ability to work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Capability to launch initiatives rapidly, learn from outcomes, and scale successful programs.
• Utilization of agents and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in a developer tools, infrastructure, or security company is advantageous.
• Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-led funnels is beneficial.
• Experience in running executive programs or field marketing for enterprise security buyers is a plus.
• Management experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
