Founding Product Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and steer the market positioning of Recruitics as a leading AI-native recruitment infrastructure and platform technology.

• Develop and oversee foundational messaging, narrative architecture, and competitive positioning for the company and its product portfolio.

• Spearhead go-to-market initiatives across various cross-functional teams.

• Manage the creation of collateral, facilitate sales enablement, and oversee overall project management for product launches.

• Create scalable AI-driven workflows for competitive intelligence, market monitoring, messaging iteration, win/loss analysis, and customer insights.

• Assist in establishing the product marketing function, operational model, and cross-departmental processes from the ground up.

• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market Strategy, or Strategic Marketing within B2B SaaS, HR tech, martech, or other relevant enterprise technology sectors.

• Proven experience in leading or supporting significant company or category repositioning efforts.

• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and competitive positioning abilities.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and build structure where none currently exists.

• Capability to operate in an AI-native manner.

• Proficiency in articulating the AI stack and workflows clearly.
