Founding Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product design at Paddy, encompassing research and UX through to UI, prototypes, and delivered experiences.

• Collaborate with the CPO and Product Engineers to design and launch top-notch features without conventional handoffs.

• Transform intricate AI workflows into user-friendly products for both teachers and students.

• Leverage research, product analytics, and experiments to substantiate design choices.

• Work in an AI-native environment utilizing tools that facilitate the swift creation of realistic prototypes, preferably in code.

• Engage directly with the CPO, CTO, and Product Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within a dynamic tech setting.

• Outstanding skills in UX and UI design.

• Strong product judgment capabilities.

• A portfolio showcasing successfully shipped products.

• Experience in designing intricate SaaS or AI products that span complete user journeys.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problems through meticulous execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.

• A genuine passion for understanding users and addressing real-world problems through product design.

• Bonus: experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
