This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify enablement requirements for each implementation by collaborating with the sales engineer and client to develop a detailed build list.
• Produce clear, tested, and detailed step-by-step documentation and guides.
• Create reference implementations and sample widgets featuring real integrations.
• Develop connectors and adapters for niche vendor categories.
• Create scripts and AI capabilities, including agentic AI tools.
• Transform one-off solutions into reusable implementation kits.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to the product team regarding platform features.
• Produce enablement materials for multiple live implementations within the first 90 days.
• Assist client developers in completing integrations without direct hands-on support.
• Build a reusable library of guides, reference implementations, and skills.
• Proficient full-stack engineering skills with significant expertise in the contemporary JavaScript ecosystem, especially Next.js and React.
• Experience in integrating third-party systems using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/SAML authentication workflows.
• Strong writing skills that complement technical abilities, particularly for developer-facing documentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including agentic coding solutions and the creation of reusable AI skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working on greenfield projects.
• Ability to directly collaborate with agency and in-house client developers.
• Pragmatic approach with a focus on delivering results.
