This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and continuously enhance the go-to-market strategy for educational products, encompassing target customers, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, qualification, and sales process.
β’ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Cultivate trusted relationships with educational leaders and key decision-makers.
β’ Create and expand the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and innovative experimentation.
β’ Identify repeatable pipeline generation methods and convert insights into scalable practices.
β’ Acquire in-depth knowledge of education leaders, their challenges, purchasing processes, and priorities.
β’ Analyze customer interactions to detect patterns and understand the companyβs successes and reasons for wins.
β’ Deliver structured market insights derived from prospects, customers, successes, failures, and objections to Product, Marketing, and leadership teams.
β’ Shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Set standards for sales excellence and develop processes, messaging, collateral, and playbooks for future sales professionals.
β’ Proven experience in creating pipelines, developing new markets or segments, launching new products, or establishing a sales motion without a comprehensive playbook.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to generate significant opportunities through self-prospecting without solely depending on inbound demand or SDR assistance.
β’ Ability to excel in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
β’ Resourcefulness, adaptability to learning, eagerness for feedback, experimentation, and accountability for results.
β’ Outstanding discovery and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to uncover intricate customer issues and synthesize customer feedback effectively.
β’ Proficiency in articulating compelling value propositions and establishing credibility with senior executives.
β’ Skill in identifying trends across prospects and deals and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Experience in selling to the education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
