Founders Associate – Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Founders Office team and the Head of Operations to create and implement business strategies and growth initiatives.

• Assist in project management across various business sectors.

• Ensure that project goals are achieved and deadlines are adhered to.

• Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses.

• Prepare reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.

• Analyze and enhance existing processes to boost efficiency and maintain quality.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Represent the Head of Operations during meetings.

• Assist with ad hoc requests and daily operational tasks.

• Acquire insights into business management and strategy formulation, along with extensive startup experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, management, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to conduct data-driven analyses of complex challenges.

• Initial experience in project management, preferably within a fast-paced or rapidly growing environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• A high level of initiative and adaptability.

• A readiness to assume responsibility in a fast-evolving environment.

• A strong interest in startups, business models, and sustainable development.
