Founders Associate, Entrepreneur in Residence – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the guest pipeline, which encompasses research, initial outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and upkeep of the line-up list.

• Aid in marketing and distribution activities across episode packages, Substack, YouTube, Spotify, social media posts, and Reels.

• Experiment with and assess growth strategies such as advertisements, collaborations, partner programs, newsletters, and CRM initiatives.

• Initiate and foster partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

• Document and optimize workflows using Notion.

• Automate processes with AI wherever feasible.

• Establish and analyze weekly reports on reach, returning users, expenses, and revenue.

• Identify, launch, and assist in new projects until operational implementation is achieved.

• Gradually take on full accountability for a specific business area.

• Collaborate directly with the founder and host, Mario.

• Initially undertake tasks personally, develop processes from these tasks, and then delegate or automate them as necessary.

• Background in startups, media, marketing, or sales, or a strong track record from your own ventures.

• Strong initiative and a highly proactive mindset.

• Ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new topics and organize them more effectively.

• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.

• Proficient in written communication and in interactions with guests and partners.

• Comfortable using AI tools and Notion.

• Interest in trading, financial markets, and finance, including their psychological aspects.

• Receptiveness to direct feedback.

• Willingness to clearly articulate and justify decisions.
