This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +12 more locations.
β’ Partner with the Vice President, GPM to organize and facilitate executive meetings and workshops.
β’ Develop meeting topics, create and advise on agendas, steer discussions, compile notes and action items, and ensure follow-up.
β’ Design and lead outcome-focused strategy meetings and workshops.
β’ Assist in prioritizing and defining annual goals, objectives, and OKRs; monitor and report quarterly.
β’ Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process for GPM.
β’ Oversee and manage cross-functional GPM projects and programs from inception to completion.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product management, HR, and Finance teams.
β’ Create briefing materials, presentations, and reports for the Vice President.
β’ Manage internal team communications as well as communications with the broader Autodesk organization.
β’ Provide high-level administrative support, including budget management and vendor invoicing.
β’ Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and partners.
β’ Act as a liaison between the Vice President, GPM, and stakeholders.
β’ Enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
β’ Offer insights and analysis to executives and senior leaders and represent the Vice President in selected meetings.
β’ Frame challenges and develop structures and models to clarify issues and trade-offs.
β’ Promote team effectiveness through business process improvements, annual planning, strategic visioning, and product tooling best practices.
β’ Collaborate with other Chiefs of Staff across Autodesk to exchange and develop best practices.
β’ Create presentation content for executive meetings and product team leaders.
β’ Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
β’ Support team culture and morale initiatives in collaboration with the people team.
β’ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience as a strategic partner, leading large programs across teams or organizations, often managing multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role is a plus.
β’ Previous experience in the tech industry is required.
β’ Experience in a global company is necessary.
β’ Familiarity with sales and marketing is preferred.
β’ Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
β’ Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
β’ Versatile self-starter with a collaborative work style.
β’ Ability to establish credibility and build relationships quickly across functions and levels.
β’ Capacity to handle sensitive business information appropriately.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and guide stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ This role can be based in Canada or the United States.
