Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of strategy, analysis, and execution workstreams from start to finish.

• Assist with fundraising and investor relations by creating materials, coordinating due diligence, and sustaining momentum.

• Facilitate partnerships and market entry through research, outreach, and relationship management.

• Aid in the hiring process by drafting role specifications and managing the candidate pipeline.

• Develop processes, trackers, and systems for a dynamic organization.

• Manage analysis, coordination, follow-ups, and decisions that require clear ownership.

• Collaborate directly with the GM within a lean team, supported by specialized AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of demonstrating real ownership, preferably in a startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment setting.

• Excellent analytical and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to think from first principles.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without a set brief.

• High degree of agency and ability to follow through.

• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, venture building, and growing a company from the validation phase.

• Organized and dependable.

• Comfortable working closely with senior personnel and external partners.

• Ability to utilize AI agents as a force multiplier.

• Pragmatic approach to balancing thoroughness with speed.

• Bonus: experience in venture building, early-stage startups, or roles within a founder's office.
