Founders Associate – Entrepreneur in Residence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the founders.

• Assist the founding team in everyday operations.

• Evaluate new markets and locations throughout Europe to facilitate expansion strategies.

• Contribute to business development and sales initiatives.

• Secure new B2B clients and partnerships.

• Organize meetings and accompany the founders during strategic discussions.

• Develop professional presentations (pitch decks) and reports for investors and partners.

• Identify operational inefficiencies in daily activities.

• Experiment with new tools, including AI-driven solutions.

• Support the organization in scaling intelligently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism Management, or a related field (advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree), or an ambitious career changer with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• An outstanding get-things-done attitude and the ability to independently find solutions.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for working with data.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• A keen eye for exceptional presentation design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

• Ideally, initial experience in a startup, consulting, or project management.
