This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage Circana’s annual strategic planning and implementation cycle, collaborating with the CSO and pillar pod leaders to transform strategic priorities into a functional annual plan.
• Oversee a compact Strategy Enablement team that centralizes planning, coordination, governance, and execution support for key strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate the daily operating rhythm of the Executive Leadership Team, which includes managing agendas, preparing materials, coordinating attendees, and ensuring follow-through.
• Direct strategic projects and initiatives that are sponsored by the CEO, CCO, CSO, and Commercial leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and representative of the CSO, articulating their priorities and voice throughout the organization.
• Keep track of the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure reporting and tracking tools are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the CSO and senior management to coordinate and develop Board presentations and communications.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude for daily synthesis, planning, and content generation.
• Assist in creating repeatable AI-enabled playbooks for the broader strategy team.
• Engage daily with the CEO, CCO, and other members of the executive team.
• Collaborate closely with the ELT, Commercial leadership, and the CEO’s office to facilitate strategic planning, executive operating rhythm, and critical leadership moments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, executive operations, corporate strategy, transformation, program leadership, or consulting role, preferably supporting a C-suite or senior executive leader.
• Candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered based on the relevance, depth, and pace of their background.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in consumer products, consumer services, retail, software, analytics, or business intelligence is advantageous; candidates from other complex, strategy-focused industries will also be evaluated.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in scoping, sequencing, and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with senior executives and lead a small, high-performing team.
• Previous direct people management or similar experience in leading teams and complex projects through influence is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for synthesis, drafting, and planning tasks.
• Comfort with developing and reusing AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent programs across a large, cross-functional, global organization.
• Unquestionable discretion and judgment in handling sensitive, confidential, or politically sensitive information.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and other tools to analyze data and create executive-level reports and presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tell compelling executive stories.
• Capability to simplify complex or ambiguous topics into clear narratives suitable for the ELT and Board.
• An entrepreneurial, creative, and action-oriented mindset characterized by speed and productivity.
• Ability to operate with the highest ethical standards and convey integrity to customers and employees.
• A calm and steady demeanor under pressure and tight, changing deadlines.
