Founders Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on growth strategies and support targeted fundraising to secure the capital base.

• Establish scalable business operations processes.

• Manage tools and reporting, and take on special projects.

• Assist in the further development of the ISMS and help shape policies.

• Support product and tech teams in preparation for ISO 27001, DORA, and other requirements.

• Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and team leads.

• Create a structure for further growth and scaling.

• Strategically implement AI tools across tasks, processes, and teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience, passion, and the ability to take on responsibility and act decisively.

• Quick adaptation to new topics and the ability to work concurrently in various fields.

• Experience in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments is preferred.

• An academic background, such as in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field, is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
