Founder’s Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly on strategic initiatives and growth projects as a member of the core team.

• Develop and enhance scalable processes, workflows, and internal frameworks.

• Conduct market and competitor analyses to assist in the creation of pitch decks and sales and marketing materials.

• Expand the service portfolio and actively contribute to the development of new initiatives aimed at growth, efficiency, and positioning.

• Generate, organize, and manage internal and external communications.

• Take charge of smaller projects while working closely with partners and client teams.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to build and scale the consulting firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field.

• Ideally, you have gained initial experience through internships, part-time positions, or projects in a startup, consulting, or sales environment.

• You possess an understanding of artificial intelligence and its potential applications.

• You are highly skilled in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• You work independently and methodically, with a solution-focused approach.

• You quickly adapt to new subjects and topics.

• You have professional proficiency in both written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).

• A compelling digital application in PDF format, ideally including your CV, proof of enrollment, and academic transcripts or certificates.
