📋 Description

• Drive and enhance the enterprise strategy process consistently.

• Assist in the execution and ongoing enhancement of the Executive Team’s operational model.

• Provide support for executive-led initiatives that necessitate enterprise-wide coordination.

• Organize and lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring participation, timelines, deliverables, decisions, and communications are well managed.

• Aid in the development and dissemination of enterprise priorities, strategic objectives, and initiatives.

• Track the progress of the enterprise strategy and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights to the Executive Team.

• Contribute to three- to five-year strategic planning, scenario planning, trade-off discussions, and strategic investment choices.

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives on weekly business updates, priorities, agendas, briefings, and discussions focused on decision-making.

• Oversee executive calendars and events, including the annual Executive Advances and strategy discussions.

• Record, convey, and monitor executive decisions, action items, and accountability until completion.

• Work with executives to prepare for Board of Directors meetings and develop related materials.

• Organize and facilitate executive deep dives and special-topic workshops.

• Monitor and support executive-sponsored strategic initiatives; lead or coordinate special projects as assigned.

• Compose executive communications, presentations, and reports.

• Promote cross-functional alignment, collaboration, communication, and execution without having direct authority.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special tasks as requested by the CEO and Executive Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside and work from Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent discipline) is preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in supporting executive leadership, strategy communication, and operationalization.

• Experience in supporting senior executives, executive teams, boards of directors, or complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven success in supporting and, when assigned, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across various functions.

• Background in strategic planning, governance, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, or program leadership.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

• Experience in supporting and conveying executive discussions, decisions, and strategic directions.

• Expertise in designing, facilitating, and managing executive meetings, decision support, and operational rhythms.

• Strong knowledge of insurance business operations, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.

• Excellent research, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Capability to translate complex information into clear executive recommendations.

• Ability to achieve outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across different organizational levels.

• Strong business judgment and insurance knowledge.
