This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Theater General Manager in overseeing Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Service Delivery, and other departments across the Americas.
• Facilitate activities among various functions, such as Field Marketing, Service Delivery, Global On-Boarding, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales, revenue generation, client retention, client satisfaction, cost management, and profitability.
• Aid sales leadership in surpassing quarterly quota targets for both new business and renewals.
• Generate precise weekly sales forecasts and pipeline summaries.
• Assist in the recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing teams in sales, business development, field sales, and account management.
• Support Alliance and Partnership initiatives to create pipeline opportunities and stimulate new business.
• Organize staff meetings and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Prepare agendas, templates, and presentation materials; assist presenters and review presentations.
• Create executive communications and materials for C-level meetings.
• Facilitate the execution of weekly, quarterly, and annual operating rhythms.
• Engage in annual planning across Sales, Products, Finance, and Marketing departments.
• Drive cross-geography, cross-functional, and cross-team projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate special projects that involve partnerships, investments, and legal considerations.
• Provide data, metrics, analysis, insights, and guidance to support executive decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the Theater General Manager.
• Conduct annual assessments of global field operations to guide strategic direction and investment decisions.
• Proven track record in a similar position as Chief of Staff or head of Business Operations for a senior executive in companies generating at least $300 million in annual revenue.
• Experience leading Business Operations or Sales Operations teams in enterprise software organizations.
• Background in staff roles supporting C-level leaders in customer-facing functions (Sales, Marketing, Account Management).
• Preference for experience in rapidly growing software or software-related service companies.
• Direct experience in line roles across multiple functions and disciplines, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Hands-on experience in customer-facing positions in Sales organizations, post-sales Account Management, Marketing, or Service Delivery.
• Familiarity with both new business/customer acquisition and recurring revenue streams/renewals.
• Proven ability to drive significant business success and achieve sales and client satisfaction results that meet target plans.
• Involvement in management teams overseeing global operations.
• Understanding of business financials and P&Ls.
• Experience with annual planning cycles and budget processes.
• Skilled in market and financial analysis to inform and recommend investment decisions.
• Experience with organizational transformations and managing change.
• Demonstrated business judgment and acumen.
• Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment.
• Ability to influence leaders and peers without direct authority.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, maturity, and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential, and non-public information.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• A Master's degree or MBA is desirable.
