Founders Associate Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in advancing the platform and existing solutions to their next developmental phase.

• Aid in establishing JYMMiN as a key collaborator with major brands within the rehabilitation industry.

• Work in conjunction with team members, partners, investors, and musicians globally.

• Enhance and market current solutions effectively.

• Take charge of strategically significant projects from conception and prototyping to operational execution and iteration.

• Consistently improve processes to streamline essential segments of the value chain.

• Define and establish the necessary business infrastructure to facilitate growth.

• Collaborate with both scientific and business stakeholders.

• Conduct market analyses to pinpoint specific customer and market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or already possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.

• Previous professional experience is advantageous.

• Possess a proactive mindset, forward-thinking capability, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit an analytical and practical approach with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and a willingness to assume responsibility.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage.

• Mandatory unpaid internship requirement for students.

• Internship duration ranging from 2 to 6 months.
