Forward Deployed Engineer – Clearance Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate the LIGER GenAI platform into clients' current business operations.

• Develop new features and improvements within the LIGER platform tailored to specific client requirements.

• Ensure the successful implementation and initial setup of LIGER.

• Provide support to clients for a period of 60–180 days after the sale, before handing off deployments to a long-term project team.

• Interact directly with clients in person, in a hybrid format, or remotely as necessary.

• Perform proof-of-concept demonstrations for both potential and existing clients.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of LIGER's functionalities and constraints.

• Offer technical consulting, advice, and assistance throughout the integration and deployment phases.

• Quickly develop customer-specific features within or around LIGER and collaborate with the core product team.

• Document and relay client requirements and feedback effectively.

• Diagnose and resolve deployment challenges.

• Travel occasionally to client sites within the United States.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.

• Only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance; candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for a U.S. Government security clearance.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, and associated AI technologies addressing real-world issues.

• Proven experience with the MEAN Stack and full-stack development in TypeScript.

• Experience with Angular and the development of web applications.

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitLab.

• Familiarity with cloud computing deployment models, especially AWS GovCloud and/or DoD or federal environments.

• Capability to integrate software solutions with existing business processes and effectively interact with APIs.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and security principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including engagement with senior executives from government and industry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.

• Willingness and availability for occasional travel based on project needs.

• Top Secret clearance is preferred.

• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and concepts related to vulnerability management.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container orchestration platforms.

• Proficiency with MCP Server and experience in building MCP tools.

• Hands-on experience in containerizing applications.

• Strong background in Unix/Linux operating systems.

• Knowledge of AWS products and capabilities, specifically within GovCloud environments.
