Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate with client teams to observe workflows, identify bottlenecks, and discover opportunities for tailored software solutions.

• Quickly prototype and implement internal tools, integrations, automations, and data pipelines within client environments.

• Convert real-world requirements into functional code.

• Develop, launch, gather user feedback, and iterate efficiently.

• Employ agentic engineering practices to design workflows, automations, and integrations.

• Collaborate with UX, consulting, and cloud-native engineering teams to transition prototypes into production environments.

• Navigate client infrastructure, security limitations, cloud platforms, APIs, and legacy systems.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client discussions and advocate for architectural decisions.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-stack or cloud-native engineering experience with a proven history of delivering real software solutions.

• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and convert challenges into technical solutions.

• Strong foundation in at least one modern backend stack and one frontend stack.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience in working with APIs, data integration, and automation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of agentic engineering, including agent planning, tool utilization, context management, orchestration, and evaluation.

• Practical experience applying agentic engineering in real-world scenarios.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing technical position (preferred).

• Knowledge of UX research or design collaboration processes (preferred).

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns or modernization of legacy systems (preferred).

• Practical experience in building or deploying agentic systems for clients (preferred).

• Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
