Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop workflows and multi-agent systems in Synera to showcase rapid customer value.

• Identify significant future use cases in collaboration with customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits, with travel requirements up to 50% as outlined in the responsibilities.

• Address missing functionality through scripts, web node automations, and custom add-ins.

• Enhance agent and multi-agent system prompts for improved reliability.

• Engage with Synera product managers to integrate temporary solutions into the product line.

• Align weekly objectives with Customer Success Managers.

• Develop workflows for the extraction of cost-relevant CAD data.

• Facilitate customer workshops and integrate workflows into multi-agent systems utilizing real data.

• Participate in developer sprint reviews and provide user feedback to product managers.

• Complete workflows and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with FDEs and Solution Engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US permanent resident located on the West Coast.

• Possess a technical background in Computational, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Demonstrated customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and the ability to convey business value through technical solutions.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools such as OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, or LS-DYNA.

• Experience and/or a keen interest in AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and vibe coding.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Ability to collaborate with clients and articulate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.

• Approximately 40% travel required for customer visits, workshops, and on-site collaboration, primarily on the West Coast.

• Experience with Synera and/or proficiency in C# and Python coding is advantageous.
