Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for US clients and the business development team.

• Facilitate the alignment between product offerings and customer requirements while fully owning all customer-facing technical responsibilities.

• Educate, mentor, and assist customers and business partners to ensure successful onboarding and continuous platform utilization.

• Deliver hands-on technical assistance and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.

• Create and sustain Python or Linux scripts and tools to automate tasks and enhance system integrations.

• Collaborate closely with clients to optimize the value derived from products through proactive support and best practices.

• Lead technical deployments, integrations, and on-site activities at customer locations as needed.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue technical opportunities throughout the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years in customer-facing technical support or professional services within a B2B context.

• Experience with military or defense organizations is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, NAT, etc.).

• Proficiency in working within Linux environments, including command line and scripting expertise.

• Practical experience with Python for automation, integration, or data management.

• Strong sense of ownership and capability to operate independently in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

• Entrepreneurial outlook with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Willingness and capacity to travel several times a month, including on short notice.

• Must reside in the United States; preference for East Coast candidates.

• Valid US work authorization is required.
