This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Transition AI agents from sold status to live operation at designated credit unions
β’ Engage in discovery sessions with credit union representatives
β’ Develop integrations with core banking and loan origination systems
β’ Write and refine agent behavior, including prompts, tools, and evaluations
β’ Conduct live testing with staff from credit unions
β’ Provide support to agents during the go-live phase and the initial weeks of production
β’ Weekly production coding in integrations, modules, and agents
β’ Collaborate with engineers, pod leads, product managers, AI Operations Managers, and AI sales specialists
β’ Manage the technical aspects of credit union implementations from start to finish
β’ Execute evaluation and tuning cycles using golden transcripts, rubric judges, and regression suites
β’ Perform on-site visits and translate field feedback into product decisions
β’ Contribute reusable features to the Agents Platform
β’ Develop implementation playbooks for AI Operations teams
β’ Travel to customer locations when in-person participation is essential
β’ Over 5 years of experience in software engineering within a dynamic environment
β’ Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js backend development, particularly in large codebases
β’ Familiarity with NestJS, CQRS, schema-validated boundaries, and dependency injection
β’ Experience in integration and API engineering, including secure service-to-service connections, third-party APIs, webhooks, and legacy banking systems
β’ Understanding of OAuth, machine-to-machine authentication, tenant-scoped access, secret management, and safeguarding PII in logs
β’ Capability to interact directly with customers and provide technical recommendations
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, with potential one- to two-week periods around project kickoffs and go-lives
β’ Must be located in the United States and available for short-notice travel
β’ A genuine interest in LLM agents and evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic systems
β’ Familiarity with voice and telephony, Temporal or event-driven orchestration, Python, core banking or LOS integration, and credit union or banking industry knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
β’ Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
