This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
β’ Offer implementation assistance and ongoing technical management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and associated Customer Engagement applications.
β’ Configure and sustain Dataverse tables, forms, views, model-driven applications, business rules, workflows, and various platform components.
β’ Create platform enhancements utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, APIs, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
β’ Roll out new functionalities through standard configuration, custom development, or collaboration with technology partners.
β’ Manage application security, encompassing users, teams, business units, security roles, and access permissions.
β’ Facilitate integrations between Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and additional enterprise applications.
β’ Identify and resolve application, configuration, data, security, integration, and performance challenges.
β’ Oversee Power Platform solutions and deployments across development, testing, and production environments adhering to established ALM practices.
β’ Assist with Microsoft product updates, regression testing, release management, and production validation.
β’ Create and update technical designs, configuration records, operational procedures, and system administration documentation.
β’ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into dependable and maintainable solutions.
β’ Keep up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and suggest ongoing improvements.
β’ Cross-train with other ERP technical resources and offer secondary support for related Dynamics 365 technologies.

β’ Proven technical experience in administering, configuring, developing, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 PO/CE, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform.
β’ Practical experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
β’ Experience in configuring and extending Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps.
β’ Proficiency with Power Automate and relevant Dynamics 365 development technologies, including plugins, C#, JavaScript, APIs, or custom connectors.
β’ Background in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform security administration.
β’ Experience in supporting application integrations and resolving cross-system data or processing challenges.
β’ Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, including solution management, environment variables, connection references, source control, testing, and multi-environment deployments.
β’ Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and business stakeholders.
β’ Capacity to work independently, collaborate with team members, and take ownership of intricate technical issues.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
β’ Preferred: Experience with an integrated deployment of Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Project Operations functionalities such as project setup, contracts, staffing, scheduling, time and expense, billing, and resource management.
β’ Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dual-write, Azure integration services, or other Microsoft integration technologies.
β’ Preferred: Experience in supporting ERP applications within an AEC or professional services environment.
β’ Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or other certifications pertaining to Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, or Azure.
β’ Preferred: Experience in Agile software development lifecycle and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
β’ Preferred: Active membership and participation in relevant industry organizations.
