Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients from the onboarding phase through to ongoing usage, assisting them in integrating and enhancing AI solutions.

• Develop new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that have a direct impact on customer success.

• Create robust applications and tools utilizing React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

• Design, execute, and refine AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcriber tuning.

• Oversee APIs and integrations with external systems.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customized solutions.

• Continuously enhance AI solutions based on customer insights and changing needs.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within stringent deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong full-stack expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Practical proficiency in Python.

• Experience in developing AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.

• Ability to manage APIs and facilitate integration with third-party systems.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
