📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with key clients, integrating within their teams, systems, and data.

• Take ownership of work that clients depend on every day.

• Implement BPX capabilities across marketing, content, CRM, and data within client platforms.

• Deliver an initial release swiftly, gather insights from actual usage, and enhance in subsequent cycles.

• Incorporate evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost control into deployments.

• Recognize client requirements and engage the broader BPX specialist team as needed.

• Contribute reusable patterns and components back into BPX-OS for application in other projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient technical knowledge across the front office stack, enabling direct deployment and configuration in client systems.

• Practical experience with AI and agentic workflows in real client projects, actively utilized on a daily basis.

• Proven ability to quickly launch an initial version and enhance it through iterative improvements.

• Strong confidence in engaging directly with both operators and executives.

• Commercial acumen to evaluate deployment value and decline projects that are unlikely to yield a return.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transition from problem identification to live deployment without a clearly defined specification.

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States.
