Forward Deployed Consultant, Value Acceleration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the roadmap of Life Sciences process blueprints and AI-native accelerators within the LSC portfolio.

• Oversee the feature lifecycle for Life Sciences-specific blueprint components from discovery through to launch and iterations.

• Identify operational inefficiencies, manual processes, and opportunities for automation within Life Sciences customer workflows.

• Map and analyze customer requirements for innovative AI-native solutions.

• Create solution blueprints and automate workflows utilizing Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.

• Collaborate directly with AI agents and prompting tools to design enterprise-level solutions suited for regulated Life Sciences environments.

• Validate, test, and refine blueprints in accordance with customer acceptance criteria.

• Convert strategic objectives and customer needs into PRDs, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprints, and facilitate delivery utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Document solution architecture, demonstrations, and implementation guidelines.

• Conduct user interviews and quantitative analysis to uncover customer pain points and identify opportunities for accelerators.

• Advocate for Life Sciences customer requirements within the Agentforce development process.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on technical feasibility and user experience considerations.

• Provide insights to Product Managers regarding feature gaps related to scalability and compliance.

• Assist in the rollout and enablement efforts across Hub teams, GDC delivery resources, and SI partners.

• Work together with the Ecosystems pillar on partner readiness and SI blueprint adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.

• Experience in building or deploying external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong knowledge of business workflow mapping, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies, demonstrated within Life Sciences or a regulated industry.

• Proven track record of translating business requirements into structured automated workflows or solutions.

• Hands-on technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.

• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Life Sciences.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with virtual and global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success.

• Rigor and consistency in managing product backlogs and executing delivery processes.

• Experience in Life Sciences commercial operations, HCP/HCO engagement, field force automation, or clinical operations technology.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Agentforce, or similar CRM/AI platforms in regulated industries.

• Experience with prompt design or agent-based automation solutions.

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform ecosystem (APIs, platform services, Data Cloud).

• Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) as they pertain to CRM and workflow automation.

• Experience with network effects and cold start strategies for enterprise B2B solutions.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related process improvement methodology.

• A background in the Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech industries is highly preferred.
