This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main Product liaison and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health system clients, managing relationships across clinical informatics, IT, and operations stakeholders, frequently collaborating with C-suite sponsors.
β’ Lead organized discovery engagements - including interviews, workflow mapping, shadowing, and document analysis - to identify automation opportunities and address unmet clinical or administrative requirements.
β’ Illustrate the "art of the possible" for each client, assisting them in aligning their operational challenges with our AI platform capabilities.
β’ Review the pre-sales Statement of Work prepared by the Solution Architect to validate scope, feasibility, and design alignment prior to customer signature.
β’ Convert real-world workflows - such as scheduling, patient outreach, referral management, prior authorizations, and billing follow-up - into structured product and configuration requirements, collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Applied ML, and Solution Engineers.
β’ Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of the Autopilot design and specification documents, which serve as the transition to engineering.
β’ Establish the business success metrics for the engagement (time-to-value, call deflection, scheduling conversion, cost per contact) in partnership with the client.
β’ Maintain scope discipline during UAT - direct requests outside the approved design document and SOW to the Sales/Account team to ensure adherence to change order processes, instead of integrating them into the current engagement.
β’ Manage end-to-end 0β1 deployments (from pilot kickoff to go-live): oversee timelines, stakeholder communication, change management, and the iteration cycle for production-ready deployments.
β’ Create test criteria from build artifacts and perform manual validation (e.g., live call testing) before granting customer UAT approval.
β’ Facilitate customer UAT completion as efficiently as possible, including on-site travel for strategic or high-profile accounts to expedite UAT and fine-tuning.
β’ Monitor deployed Autopilots post-launch by utilizing observability tools, assessing performance, and resolving any emerging issues.
β’ Ensure clients and Customer Experience Managers (CXMs) can effectively measure business success metrics for the deployment before transferring ongoing success measurement to the CXMs.
β’ Document ROI proof points and case-for-scale narratives at go-live and deployment milestones; transition to CXMs to drive expansion and renewal efforts.
β’ Identify reusable patterns and critical gaps from field deployments to inform the core product roadmap, collaborating with FDEs, ML engineers, and product leadership to transform client-specific work into productized features.
β’ Contribute to internal knowledge bases, playbooks, and templates that formalize the FDAPM practice as we scale.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, with practical exposure to provider operations in one or more of the following areas: Patient Access (scheduling, referrals, prior authorization), Care Management (outreach, care coordination, transitions of care), or Revenue Cycle (billing, collections, denial management, coding).
β’ Proven experience in a client-facing delivery role - implementation, technical project management, solution consulting, or customer success - where you owned outcomes rather than just activities.
β’ Capability to quickly comprehend and map intricate clinical and administrative workflows, then translate them into structured requirements and prioritized problem statements.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting to VP/C-suite health system stakeholders and translating between clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty; you default to action and provide structure in uncertain situations.
β’ Experience with agentic workflows and a keen interest in AI and automation; while you don't need to be an engineer, you must be genuinely enthusiastic about AI's potential in healthcare and eager to gain deep product knowledge in this field.
β’ Willingness to travel 25β35% to client sites for discovery, UAT, go-live support, and executive meetings.
β’ Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
β’ 401(k) plan
β’ Uncapped paid time off program for exempt employees
β’ Accrual-based program for non-exempt employees
β’ Talkdesk provides 14 paid holidays each year.
β’ Uncapped paid time off for exempt employees and accrual standards for non-exempt sick leave
