This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, and automations in client ServiceNow and enterprise settings.
• Convert customer requirements and business processes into technical architectures, implementation strategies, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflow solutions within enterprise systems.
• Customize AI solutions to align with customer operating models, processes, data, security needs, and user preferences.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, technical working meetings, demonstrations, pilots, and production launches.
• Develop enterprise AI applications utilizing Claude, the Anthropic API, and various LLM platforms.
• Implement prompt and context engineering, structured outputs, tool usage, API integrations, orchestration, human-in-the-loop patterns, and RAG methodologies.
• Create demos, prototypes, proof-of-concept implementations, reusable patterns, templates, prompt libraries, integrations, and deployment resources.
• Establish secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and AI services.
• Utilize authentication, authorization, secrets management, access controls, logging, error handling, version control, and documentation practices.
• Assess AI applications for relevance, accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, and user experience.
• Implement protections for sensitive data, permissions, prompt injection, unsafe tool usage, and unintentional model behavior.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance deployed AI systems for reliability, performance, latency, usage, and cost effectiveness.
• Contribute to NewRocket’s Intelligence Platform, Value Realization Dashboard, Data Intelligence Platform, Agent Packs, and AI accelerators.
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants, Product Engineering, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, ServiceNow teams, and the AI Center of Excellence.
• Share insights from customer deployments and aid in the development of playbooks, architectures, documentation, standards, and product evolution.
• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or similar technical delivery positions.
• Practical experience in full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
• Background in building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM-powered applications, AI-enabled automations, conversational experiences, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
• Experience in integrating APIs, enterprise applications, data platforms, or workflow systems within production environments.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other comparable programming and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, token utilization, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool usage/function calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, sensitive data management, identity and access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure AI deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, travel approximately 25%, and deliver solutions in dynamic customer environments.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Anthropic API, Claude models, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, MCP, or Anthropic training.
• Preferred: experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, workflow automation, scripting, APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, CMDB, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, knowledge management, or enterprise integration.
• Preferred: knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, document ingestion, chunking, retrieval strategies, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, infrastructure-as-code, and secure cloud deployment practices.
