Forward Deployed Agent – Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and product teams to articulate complex challenges and convert requirements into workflows, tools, and data architectures for agents.

• Create and construct agent workflows utilizing LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent frameworks such as ReAct and supervisor models.

• Design and execute comprehensive RAG pipelines with Copilot, integrating vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector.

• Develop and enhance short-term and long-term memory systems, overseeing context management and continuity during agent interactions.

• Connect agents to enterprise systems through APIs, MCP, and platform connectors.

• Create business application agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, integrating with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Craft intuitive and user-friendly AI experiences with a solid focus on product and UX design.

• Improve agent performance concerning latency, cost, and accuracy; utilize observability and evaluation tools to assess and enhance results.

• Clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent systems and architectures.

• Background in building RAG pipelines and engaging with vector databases.

• Strong skills in API integration and familiarity with enterprise systems.

• Comfort with observability and evaluation tools for AI systems.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a flair for product design.

• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform (preferred).

• Knowledge of MCP and skills-based agent architectures (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude (preferred).

• Background in forward-deployed or solution engineering (preferred).

• A sense of curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn as roles and workflows evolve.
