Forward Deploy Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to identify operational challenges and establish success criteria.

• Convert open-ended issues into precise technical designs and implementations.

• Take ownership of platform delivery and advise clients on best practices.

• Develop AI agents that integrate with client systems, data sources, and APIs.

• Facilitate ad hoc workshops with client teams.

• Produce high-quality code that supports integrations, logic, and workflows.

• Manage deployments with a focus on reliability, performance, and ongoing enhancement.

• Conduct tests with real data, assess outcomes, and iterate rapidly.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to enhance the platform.

• Contribute to tools, documentation, and delivery methodologies that assist the team in scaling.

• Implement Agentic systems into production for major enterprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong technical foundation as a backend engineer, full-stack engineer, or a role similar to solutions architect.

• Experience in building and scaling comprehensive production systems.

• Proven track record in leading architecture decisions.

• Generalist approach to software engineering with the capability to address new challenges across various technologies.

• Experience in integrating platforms into customer environments through APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, and production data flows.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and taking ownership of ambiguous issues.

• Excellent communication skills and a robust ownership mindset.

• Familiarity with AI / LLMs and a genuine interest in developing practical AI-powered systems.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI tools.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for local client engagements.

• Proficiency in English.
