Form Builder – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and update custom forms utilizing the internal no-code form-building platform.

• Comprehend the objectives of forms and business needs, translating them into effective configurations.

• Interact with clients via Zendesk to clarify their requirements and offer assistance.

• Work alongside internal teams to grasp client needs and the capabilities of the platform.

• Align forms with existing fields on the platform.

• Engage in application testing and quality assurance processes.

• Deliver training and support to end users who are developing their own templates.

• Handle multiple simultaneous requests and adapt to changing priorities.

• Perform other related tasks as necessary.
