This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and modify custom forms utilizing the internal no-code form-building tool.

• Grasp business needs and convert them into efficient form configurations.

• Engage with clients via Zendesk to clarify requirements and offer assistance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend client expectations and platform functionalities.

• Align forms with existing platform fields.

• Take part in application testing and quality assurance processes.

• Deliver training and support to end users as they create their own templates.

• Handle multiple simultaneous requests and adapt to changing priorities.

• Execute additional duties as required.
