Form Builder – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and modify custom forms utilizing the internal no-code form-building tool.

• Grasp the purposes of forms and business requirements, transforming them into efficient configurations.

• Engage with clients through Zendesk to clarify their requirements and offer support.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to comprehend client needs and platform functionalities.

• Align forms with existing platform fields.

• Take part in application testing and quality assurance processes.

• Deliver training and support to end users as they develop their own templates.

• Handle multiple concurrent requests while adapting to shifting priorities.

• Execute additional tasks as necessary.
