Form Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and update custom forms utilizing our internal no-code form-building platform.

• Comprehend the objectives and business requirements of each form and convert them into effective configurations.

• Interact with clients via Zendesk to clarify their needs and offer assistance.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to grasp client requirements and platform functionalities.

• Align forms with existing fields within the platform.

• Engage in application testing and ensure quality assurance.

• Deliver training and support to end users in creating their own templates.

• Handle multiple simultaneous requests and adapt to changing priorities.

• Perform additional tasks as necessary.
