Food Safety Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Document, track, and oversee incidents and nonconformities associated with raw materials and suppliers.

• Execute technical investigations into deviations and nonconformities, determining root causes, assessing evidence, and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive measures with suppliers.

• Collaborate with suppliers on the technical analysis of incidents and the validation of action plans.

• Engage in and lead technical meetings with suppliers and internal teams for alignment, follow-up, and decision-making processes.

• Create technical reports, presentations, and opinions derived from investigations and action plans for Sodexo clients, as needed.

• Aggregate and monitor Food Safety and Supplier Quality metrics.

• Assist Food Safety projects and initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and risk reduction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Quality, Food Safety, or Supplier Quality in the food sector.

• Background in investigating nonconformities and performing root cause analysis is preferred.

• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
