Food & Drink Journalist Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create content related to beers, wines, spirits, and food that aligns with The Ambony’s vision and target audience.

• Author a monthly column featuring various dishes and recipes.

• Produce a monthly column showcasing alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes.

• Write a monthly column that highlights culinary experts.

• Occasionally review restaurants.

• Strong interest or aptitude for writing about beer, wine, and spirits, particularly as it pertains to the target audience.

• Strong interest or aptitude for writing about food-related topics relevant to the target audience.

• Must possess a refined palate for fine food and beverages.

• Emphasize on years, regions, and food pairings beyond mainstream brands.

• Coverage of food should focus on authenticity and quality, steering clear of name brands and Instagram-centric foods.
