This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and implement technological initiatives for GSA, regional, and local clients, including audits, migrations, commissioning, and Total Cost of Ownership/Value Advantage analyses.
• Collaborate with local sales management to drive commercial success.
• Introduce and oversee innovations, product transitions, and new technologies to enhance NPI and NTW sales.
• Provide technical training to customers, Technical Account Managers, and sales teams.
• Serve as the technical authority for Sales, Engineering, and Laboratory departments.
• Address high-pressure production challenges in Food & Beverage operations.
• Conduct market and competitor assessments, customer segmentation, and identify white spaces.
• Establish relationships with regulatory authorities, control bodies, and industry associations to ensure compliance.
• Implement the KBS catalogue to deliver consistent and differentiated Knowledge-Based Solutions.
• Impact operational efficiency, food safety, commercial growth, and strategic decisions across Benelux, UKI, and Scandinavia.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical processing, food processing, microbiology, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences / Professional Bachelor).
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector with strong technical credibility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to understand and enhance customer processes.
• Excellent communication skills across operators, site management, and procurement.
• High resilience, flexibility, and readiness to work in demanding production environments characterized by heat/cold, humidity, noise, and chemicals.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Digital proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate with professional authority.
• Willingness and capability to travel 60–80% across the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Nordics.
