📋 Description

• Take charge of daily management and updates within the Follow Up Boss CRM.

• Oversee leads and ensure that CRM records are accurate and current.

• Manage and track the real estate pipeline effectively.

• Coordinate campaigns and associated CRM activities.

• Assist in content creation and coordination as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to convey outcomes and activities.

• Provide updates on CRM outcomes every other day.

• Collaborate with internal team members and clients as required.

• 2–5 years of relevant specialist-level experience.

• Practical experience with Follow Up Boss CRM.

• Background in lead management, CRM updates, and pipeline oversight.

• Experience in coordinating campaigns and content.

• Familiarity with creating or maintaining reports and dashboards.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Self-motivated work style coupled with professional communication, consistency, and dependable follow-through.

• Previous experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of similar business models.

• Commitment to accuracy, quality of work, consistent output, and attention to detail.
