Flow Cytometry Field Applications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Field Applications Scientists.

• Foster sales growth strategy and accelerate the sales funnel through collaboration on applications and value-added services.

• Represent the organization at conferences and workshops.

• Manage technical and scientific customer support both before and after sales.

• Provide presentations, demonstrations, protocol development, training, and troubleshooting assistance.

• Establish best practices, standard operating procedures, workflows, and performance metrics.

• Ensure accountability for team performance and adherence to compliance standards.

• Oversee departmental staffing and resource allocation.

• Align product capabilities with market demands to guarantee technical excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc, M.Sc., or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related life science field.

• At least 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry.

• Preferably experienced in applications, technical support, or a field-based scientific role.

• Willingness to travel up to 85% with overnight stays.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Experience in Field Applications Management and/or specifically in Flow Cytometry is advantageous.

• Clinical Flow Cytometry experience is a plus.
