Flex Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Coordinate roadside repair, towing services, accident management, and cargo recovery for stranded truck drivers.

• Assess drivers’ needs and dispatch suitable solutions.

• Engage with drivers and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

• Assist drivers in safely returning to the road and their homes.

• Participate in three weeks of virtual classroom training, Monday–Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

• Work full-time from home during morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

• Required to work one weekend day.

⛳️ Requirements

• One to three years of dispatch experience is REQUIRED.

• Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer service.

• Capable of answering phones promptly and professionally.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Possess active listening skills and the ability to document conversations.

• Communicate effectively via email and chat.

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to address customer concerns.

• Evaluate situations and determine the appropriate response level.

• Stay calm, empathize, and respond confidently in stressful situations.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in reading maps and providing directions.

• Maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection that meets minimum requirements.

• Utilize Zoom proficiently.

• Achieve a typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

• Must reside and work within the United States.

• A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential.

• Capable of spending extended periods on the phone while seated.

• Availability for one weekend day is required.

• Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
