Fleet Support Manager – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate information from Fleetwave, suppliers, and various data sources.

• Generate reports that offer insights into fleet efficiency, expenses, and potential opportunities.

• Administer the vehicle movement process while ensuring precise asset information is maintained.

• Create fleet reports, datasets, and management information.

• Assess supplier performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and pricing structures.

• Discover opportunities to enhance fleet utilization and replacement planning.

• Serve as a primary user of Fleetwave, assisting with reporting, compliance, and trend analysis.

• Participate in fleet procurement initiatives, including tender documentation, business cases, and vehicle orders.

• Collaborate with Fleet, Finance, operational teams, suppliers, and other crucial stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in working with systems, data, and reports confidently.

• Strong focus on detail.

• Good skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Prior experience in system administration, data management, reporting, and data analysis.

• Capability to manage personal workload effectively.

• Ability to communicate confidently with individuals at various levels.

• Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the waste industry, transport, logistics, B2B service delivery, or management systems like ISO is advantageous but not mandatory.
