FIT Reservation Manager, Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, effectively managing intricate business travel inquiries through email, phone, chat, or CRM.

• Guide corporate travelers and travel managers on customized options for flights, accommodations, transfers, and premium services globally.

• Arrange bookings for hotels, DMCs, transfers, rail, ferries, cruises, and airlines via online platforms and global suppliers.

• Identify options and negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with hotels, service partners, and travel providers.

• Oversee booking confirmations, payments including virtual card processing, vouchers, modifications, cancellations, refunds, and post-trip resolutions.

• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management teams.

• Address operational issues, track SLA performance, and proactively escalate incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business travel management, premium customer service, TMC, DMC, or high-touch corporate travel operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of hotel and airline operations, as well as global destination management.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Italian is required.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to engage with demanding corporate clients and negotiate effectively with suppliers.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex corporate requests with precision and professionalism.

• Proficient with CRM systems, online booking tools, and travel management technologies.

• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving within a fast-paced corporate travel environment.
