Fire Risk Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive fire risk assessments across various property types, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

• Detect potential fire hazards and assess the efficacy of current fire safety protocols.

• Compile detailed risk assessment reports with specific recommendations for enhancements and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with clients and property managers to review findings and support the implementation of fire safety measures.

• Stay informed about current fire safety legislation and pursue ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in fire safety or a related discipline.

• Demonstrable experience in fire risk assessment or a similar position.

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry best practices.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

• Field-based position covering the Central and Greater London area, with occasional travel to other sites.

• Willingness and readiness to work independently or remotely.

• Possession of a full driver’s license.

• DBS Enhanced Check required (managed by Karntek).

• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.
