This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and adjust trade risk on a daily basis

• Detect, examine, and address instances of client abuse

• Maintain relationships with liquidity providers

• Develop automated tools and dashboards for risk monitoring utilizing Python and SQL

• Perform reviews of client accounts that have been flagged for suspicious activities and compile investigation reports

• Track real-time client positions, margin levels, and stop-out occurrences across all account categories

• Manage and fine-tune MT4/MT5 group settings, which include margin guidelines, leverage parameters, execution protocols, and basket margin settings

• Assist in the creation and documentation of risk policies and internal control measures

• Respond swiftly to management and support inquiries

• Work in conjunction with Compliance, Technology, and senior risk management teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealing desk, risk, or back-office position at a retail or institutional FX/CFD brokerage

• Practical experience with MT4 and MT5 Administrator and Manager, which includes group setup, symbol configurations, leverage guidelines, and familiarity with MT reports

• Proficient understanding of at least one liquidity bridge platform, such as PrimeXM, OneZero, FXCM Bridge, Gold-i, or similar

• Proven track record in identifying and investigating client abuse, including rebate farming, arbitrage, multi-account coordination, and exploitation of NBC

• Strong skills in SQL with the ability to formulate complex queries against trade databases for investigative and reporting purposes

• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation scripting, and developing risk-related tools
