This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement approved design concepts across various channels including print, packaging, retail/shopper marketing, and digital.

• Modify packaging master files to fit multiple dielines and SKUs.

• Prepare files to meet print-ready and pre-press sign-off specifications.

• Communicate with production and supply chain partners about printing limitations.

• Detect and rectify colour profile discrepancies.

• Create print assets for shopper marketing initiatives.

• Modify campaign master assets for diverse digital formats and email templates.

• Collaborate with packaging and shopper marketing designers, Marketing Operations, and supply chain partners.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all print and digital outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in executing approved design concepts across print, packaging, retail/shopper marketing, and digital channels.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution.

• Understanding of dielines, PMS vs. CMYK, trapping, bleed, and spot finishes.

• Experience in adapting packaging master files to various dielines and SKUs.

• Capability to prepare print-ready files according to pre-press sign-off criteria.

• Familiarity with printing constraints and colour profiles.

• Experience in preparing vendor-ready print assets.

• Competence in adapting campaign master assets for different digital formats and email templates.

• Strong skills in file naming, folder organization, and following pre-flight checklists.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines simultaneously.
