Financials Cloud Expense Lead Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and ensure the smooth delivery of the Cloud Expense application within intricate client environments.

• Offer practical functional leadership for the Oracle Cloud Expense module.

• Facilitate end-to-end expense reporting processes by collaborating with HCM, GL, AP, and Payroll.

• Drive Finance Functional activities for the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financial Applications.

• Deliver solutions through design, configuration, and testing.

• Lead client initiatives to promote solution acceptance and integration.

• Collect business requirements and conduct gap analysis.

• Organize functional workshops and produce design and setup documentation.

• Configure solutions and devise business test scenarios.

• Partner with technical teams on CEMLI/RICE objects.

• Offer post-go-live production support, including tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complex cases.

• Counsel clients on the intricate use of Oracle products.

• Guide Datavail and client teams through configuration, testing, and cutover processes.

• Address highly complex and mission-critical challenges.

• Act as Situation Manager for particularly sensitive issues.

• Mentor colleagues to foster technical and professional growth.

• Produce and review Knowledge Articles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A total of over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years of experience with Fusion and the remainder in Finance/ERP domains using Oracle EBS.

• Over 8 years of experience in implementing Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud with SCM orchestration.

• Participated in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant.

• Completed at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME), or served as SME in at least 3 modules.

• Experience in implementing/supporting Cloud Financial Modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, and FAH.

• Practical experience in a minimum of 5 Cloud Financial Modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, and FAH.

• In-depth knowledge of financial business processes and concepts.

• Comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of the Oracle Cloud Expense module version 23 and above.

• Familiarity with HCM, GL, AP, Payroll, and their integrations with the Expense module.

• Hands-on experience leading Expense Module streams across implementations and managed support.

• Proven experience leading both onshore and offshore teams.

• Proficient in SQL, OTBI, BIP, FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
