Financial Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud solutions.

• Oversee, assist, and execute Oracle Financials modules within the ERP Cloud.

• Provide user support during daily operations, as well as month-end and year-end processes.

• Investigate and evaluate business workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities.

• Achieve SOX compliance by documenting system modifications and permission adjustments.

• Assist accounting team members in documenting and enhancing current processes.

• Keep abreast of system functionalities and track new releases to identify potential enhancements.

• Deliver user training on system capabilities and procedures.

• Diagnose system issues and offer prompt resolutions.

• Conduct data cleansing to enhance reporting and procedural efficiency.

• Create innovative solutions for intricate challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and other business teams as a key contributor within the Enterprise Applications team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong accounting foundation; CPA designation is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience supporting Oracle systems, with a minimum of five years on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.

• Background in financial audits and controls is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable interacting with finance and accounting personnel at all tiers.

• Extensive expertise in GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management modules; Procurement experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Order to Cash processes is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting acquisitions and divestitures is beneficial.

• Basic comprehension of role structures.

• Knowledge of OTBI and basic Oracle table frameworks.

• Proven experience in documentation writing and conducting training sessions.

• Capability to design, propose, and document innovative solutions.

• Experience working in user environments to facilitate daily operations and closing activities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic environment.

• Experience in a global, multi-entity, multi-currency setting is essential.
