Financial Success Coordinator II – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact in a busy contact center setting.

• Handle incoming calls, initiate outgoing calls, and reply to member emails and messages.

• Greet new members, set clear expectations, and provide coaches with relevant member information.

• Connect members with financial coaches based on their goals, life stages, and financial issues.

• Arrange coaching sessions while balancing the availability of coaches and the needs of members.

• Re-engage members after periods of inactivity and minimize no-shows and drop-offs.

• Facilitate transitions among members, coaches, Education, Retention, and other departments.

• Keep accurate member records, session notes, and engagement data.

• Generate reports that reflect program performance for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a coordination, customer success, scheduling, or member services position.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Warm and clear communication skills across phone, email, and chat platforms.

• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Comfortable utilizing CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools.

• Strong data entry skills and quick adaptability to new systems.

• A genuine service mindset and patience.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Preferred: experience in a contact center, call center, customer service, or other high-volume, member-facing environments.

• Preferred: an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, or a related field.

• Preferred: experience in financial services, wellness, healthcare, or another mission-driven context.
