This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Become a part of the Transactional team, ensuring the integrity of the complete transactional, financial, and accounting processes.
• Enhance the cost-effectiveness of payment methods and revenue streams.
• Guarantee the precision of the company's reconciliations and tax responsibilities.
• Maintain the reconciliation matrix for the portfolio's suspense accounts.
• Prepare audit evidence documentation for external auditors, including confirmation letters and invoices related to acquirer costs.
• Ensure the link between gateway logs, bank statements, and the general ledger is maintained.
• Clarify and resolve cash discrepancies by reporting irregularities, identifying root causes, and making necessary accounting adjustments.
• Review acquirer return files and confirm MDR and early settlement fees as per contractual agreements.
• Oversee revenue, receipts, and expenses by payment method, acquirer, and installment plan.
• Extract data using SQL and payment APIs to develop financial scenarios and dashboards.
• Maintain databases to track results throughout the integration process development.
• Conduct and ensure the accuracy of revenue, expense, and other balance postings within the ERP system.
• Manage the issuance of individual NF-e electronic invoices and adjustments mandated by the Tax Reform.
• Monitor actions taken by the Business, Technology, and Product teams to ensure proper processing in the CRM and ERP.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for extracting and manipulating raw data from databases and payment APIs.
• Background in online payments and the multi-acquirer market.
• Familiarity with reconciling acquirers and gateways, including card, PIX, and Boleto payment flows.
• Competence in reading EDI/CNAB files.
• Experience in auditing MDR and early settlement fees.
• Strong understanding of suspense-account reconciliation, the general ledger, and processes within large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to create financial dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of NF-e issuance and the implications of the Tax Reform.
• Independence in identifying financial discrepancies, determining root causes, and correcting accounting entries.
• Ability to align processes and business rules with Technology, Product, and CRM teams.
• Highly analytical mindset focused on audit and compliance, including the preparation of audit evidence documentation.
• Power BI/SQL certifications or specialization in Controllership/Fintech are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
