This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in serving, prospecting, soliciting, and nurturing business relationships with members and clients.
• Market life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels, tailored to member/client needs and current strategies.
• Promote and market financial security products and services effectively.
• Evaluate member/client requirements and craft personalized solutions.
• Assure member/client satisfaction and service excellence in line with organizational standards and procedures.
• Provide support to existing and prospective members and clients.
• Act as the organization’s representative and assist in negotiating agreements with clients.
• Sell and offer guidance on life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance products.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and service quality, conducting follow-ups and making necessary enhancements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with referral sources.
• Identify and analyze potential member/client profiles.
• Seize business opportunities and present information to partners, enabling members and clients to achieve their financial objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry developments to recognize business growth opportunities and stay informed about new products and trends.
• Attestation of Collegial Studies.
• A minimum of two years of pertinent experience.
• Please note that alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Capability to sell and provide guidance on life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance products.
• Competence in evaluating customer satisfaction and service quality, performing follow-ups, and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with referral sources.
• Skill in targeting and analyzing potential member/client profiles.
• Aptitude for identifying business development opportunities and remaining knowledgeable about new products and trends.
