Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational ticket queues utilizing Salesforce Case management.

• Handle tasks specific to clients.

• Track client tasks and assist with the PBM Billing Cycle.

• Record, evaluate, and rectify cycle processing errors.

• Aid in project work, resolve cycle issues, and contribute to larger initiatives.

• Act as the primary support for designated tasks and case management.

• Collaborate with Billing Production Advisors and Finance IT to assist, review, and enhance revenue cycle processes.

• Participate in or lead conference calls.

• Develop work instruction documentation.

• Identify, initiate, and pursue issues that support enterprise-aligned projects.

• Suggest solutions for process inefficiencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues with widespread organizational impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Experience in a PBM revenue cycle environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with creating, reviewing, and approving project documentation, reporting, and work instructions is preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP and SAP HANA, Access, and SAS is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using PivotTables, V-Lookup, Filters, and Macros.

• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate client invoicing and reporting schedules.

• Willingness to work occasional weekends and extended hours.

• Capable of identifying, initiating, and following through on issues.

• Ability to recognize process inefficiencies and propose solutions to management.

• Proven history of working within cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to engage with multiple business units and build rapport with internal and external partners.
